■ About payment
Q.Please tell me about the payment method.
A. The available payment method is credit card payment.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Shopify Pay, ApplePay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Q.I don't have a credit card.
A. As a payment method other than credit card, it is possible to pay using payment agency companies such as ApplePay, Google Pay, and PayPal, so please consider it.
We are very sorry, but we do not accept cash or cash on delivery.
■ About delivery
Q. Which shipping company will be used? Also, when will the product be shipped?
A. Items will be shipped by Sagawa Express. Regarding the tracking number of your parcel, we will include it in the shipping notification email.
*If the shipping date falls on a holiday, we will ship the next business day.
*This may not be the case during consecutive holidays, etc.
*We will contact you by e-mail when the product has been shipped, but if the delivery is busy, there may be cases where the delivery completion e-mail may be delayed or we may not be able to send it. Please understand.
* For reserved products, the scheduled shipping date is listed for each product.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. The shipping fee is 750 yen (including tax) nationwide. However, Okinawa is 2,800 yen (tax included). Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen (tax included) (1,500 yen (tax included) for Okinawa).
Q.Can you ship overseas?
A. We are sorry, but currently we can only ship within Japan.
- Shipping fee outside of Japan -
At the time of ordering, we will present the EMS (international speed mail) shipping fee calculated from the combination of the region classification of the delivery address and the packaging weight (the total of the product, enclosed items, and packaging materials). The shipping fee and area classification conform to the description of EMS.
Q.Is it possible to ship outside of Japan?
A. We can ship to all countries that support EMS (Express Mail Service). Please select the desired country from the cart.

Q.I would like to cancel my order.
A. You can cancel your order only before the product is shipped. Please contact us here . We will process the cancellation.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience after the product has been shipped .
Also, please note that we do not accept cancellations for pre-ordered items after they have been ordered.
■ About returns and exchanges
Q.Is it possible to return or exchange the product after it arrives?
A.Returns and exchanges of ordered products will be accepted only if the delivered product is defective, and we will bear the shipping fee .
We inspect the product when it arrives and strive to send you a good product, but in the unlikely event that it is an initial defective product, please refer to the following and contact us from here .
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・If you contact us after 3 days or more have passed since the product arrived
・Items damaged or defaced by the customer
・If you lose accessories or manuals
・We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
If you wish to return a product, please be sure to contact us here .
*We may not be able to cancel or return an order depending on the content of the order or the condition of the product.
* We cannot accept returns other than the method specified by our company.
Q.I received an item different from what I ordered.
A. I am very sorry. We take all possible measures to ship the product, but please contact us within 3 days after the product arrives.
We will cover the shipping and handling charges for the replacement.
